Okay...I just noticed I kept typing his name "Ikura"...I totally meant "Iruka", as in the Naruto Iruka with the scar across his face. *laughs* So yes, his name is IRUKA, not IKURA. Gotta keep reminding myself.
Anyway, this is Iruka and a new character...who has yet to be named...but I'm thinking of naming her either "jina" or "lin"...but we'll see. *psst* (I like Jina)
This picture is actually a lie...because even though Jina likes Iruka, Iruka doesn't really care about whether she likes him or not......but I was listening to the soundtrack for Howl's Moving Castle and couldn't help but draw something...lovey dovey.

I like blurring my pictures~ weeeeeeeeee *falls off chair*

I spent ALL friggin day doodling, nothing came out right, but finally, after an eternity, I produced this. I think it's..........okay. lol.
I tried a new coloring style..but then I forgot what the heck I was doing, so I just did whatever, lol.

Looking through *testdrive's gallery, I kept coming back to this piece stolen kiss. I love it's simplicity, and the look of the smoothly shaded skin against the bold nearly flat coloring in the rest of the image. The central composition works well here, especially considering *testdrive left space below the characters rather than above, completing the design with beautifully gestural water that allows the image to sink in as one's eyes pass over the piece. Lastly, the characters themselves are life-like, expressive, and well placed in the composition. (Featured by `mangapunksai)

wow! i like this so much XD iruka's hair is so lovely, and you drew the girl in such an interesting way: i especially love the eyes and the kimono ^^

what a nice little situationshe's in~ (has a thing for unrequited love) and blurry is nice

the water effect is really cool too.

kyaaa overall i love it a lot, great job!!

*psst* (i like jina more than lin, though lin is nice too...why not lina? XD *shot*)

hehe awesome pic and it does have a lovey dovey feeling to it.....and blurring pictures seems to work well with you ^^ also i Jina better than Lin

I love the water and your shading, the gradients on the flowered jacket are especially nice. Adds a very warm touch to the picture.
