okay,i'm just gonna be honest,so don't get mad.this just dosen't look right.i mean okita &tetsu's mouths r just way to big.it makes okita look like he's on crack &tetsu looks like he's going to jump out of the computer & eat me!*hides behide chair*though hijikata looks fine.susumu's body is alil' small but the head's fine.

duplicate the layer and blur it.

you should try gaussian blur and lower the opacity of the layer to about 50%
also, you could try setting the layer property to "multiply"
